RentTenant payments and refund support are provided by RV Home, 611, Shyamal County, Wagodiya Road, Amodar, 390019.
1. Successful Rent Payments
A successful rent payment made against a valid rent due is non-refundable, as it settles an amount owed to the property owner or operator. Rent-related disputes should be raised directly with support and the relevant owner for review.
2. Duplicate Payments
If the same rent or electricity bill is paid more than once by mistake, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded after transaction verification. Users must provide the relevant payment references and billing details.
3. Failed but Debited Transactions
Where a transaction fails or remains unsuccessful but the user's bank account is debited, reversal or refund processing is handled according to applicable bank, UPI, and payment gateway timelines, including PhonePe timelines when that gateway is used. The amount may be automatically reversed by the payment provider or bank after reconciliation.
4. Electricity Bill Payments
A successfully paid electricity bill is generally non-refundable where the billed amount is correct. A refund may be considered after verification for duplicate payment, incorrect bill allocation, or a documented billing correction approved by the owner or operator.
5. Exceptional Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, a refund may be processed only after owner approval and verification of the payment and reason for the request. Any applicable payment gateway, banking, or processing requirements may affect the method and timeline of refund receipt.
After approval, the refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
6. How to Request Support
Contact support at support@renttenant.in or 9990777810 with your registered contact information, payment date, amount, billing type, transaction reference, and a short explanation. After verification, support will communicate the status and any applicable refund timeline.
