📋 PG Joining Formalities 👉 Please fill in your personal details. 👉 Submit your KYC documents: Aadhaar Card PAN Card Driving License (DL) Any other valid Government ID 👉 Submit your Student ID or Employee ID. 👉 Complete your payment formalities: Security Deposit: ₹4,500 Monthly Rent: ₹4,000 Rent Agreement Charges: ₹250 Total Amount Payable: ₹8,750 📌 General Instructions 👉 Cooking inside the PG premises is strictly prohibited. 👉 Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. 👉 Smoking is strictly prohibited. 👉 Tobacco products are not allowed. 👉 Do not spit anywhere inside the house or building premises. 👉 Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene. 👉 Do not paste or stick anything on the walls or furniture. Any damage to the property will attract a penalty. 👉 Switch OFF lights and fans when not in use. 👉 Residents are responsible for the safety of their own belongings and valuables. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage. 👉 Stay together like a family and maintain a friendly environment. 💰 Rent Payment Rules 👉 Rent must be paid within 5 days from the due date. If payment is delayed beyond 5 days, a late fee of ₹500 will be charged. 👉 If rent remains unpaid for 10 days after the due date: A late fee of ₹1,000 will be charged. 👉 If rent is not paid even after 11 days, the management reserves the right to allot the accommodation to another person. The resident will be required to vacate the premises. 👉 In such cases, the resident will not be eligible to claim a refund of the security deposit, subject to the terms of the PG agreement. 🚪 PG Leaving Instructions 👉 A 30-day prior notice is mandatory before vacating the PG. 👉 Monthly rent is applicable for the entire month, even if you vacate in the middle of the month. 👉 At the time of leaving, please send photographs of: Cupboard Key Bed 👉 Remove all your personal belongings and dispose of any unwanted items in the dustbin before leaving. 👉 The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after completing the checkout process, subject to inspection and adjustment of any applicable dues or damages.
