• 📋 PG Joining Formalities Please complete the following before moving in: Fill in your personal details. Submit your KYC documents (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.). Submit your Student ID or Employee ID (if applicable). Complete the payment formalities. Particular Amount Security Deposit ₹4,000 Monthly Rent ₹3,500 Rent Agreement Charges ₹250 Total ₹7,750
• 🚪 PG Leaving Instructions Before vacating the PG, please follow these instructions: Give at least 30 days' prior notice before vacating. Rent for the entire month will be applicable even if you leave in the middle of the month. Return the cupboard key, room key, and bed (if applicable) while leaving. Remove all your personal belongings and dispose of unwanted items properly before vacating. The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours, subject to room inspection and clearance of dues
• 📌 General House Rules Please follow these rules to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone. Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed. Consumption of tobacco, gutkha, or similar products is prohibited. Do not spit anywhere inside the premises. Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times. Do not paste posters, stickers, nails, or tape on walls or furniture. Any damage to the propert
• 💰 Rent Payment Policy Rent must be paid within 5 days of the due date. A late fee of ₹500 will be charged if payment is not received within 5 days. If rent remains unpaid for 10 days after the due date, a late fee of ₹1,000 will be applicable. If rent is still unpaid after 11 days, the management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation and allocate the room to another tenant. In such cases, the tenant may also forfeit the security deposit, subject to the terms of the rental agreement
