• 📝 PG Joining Formalities Please complete the following formalities before moving into the PG: Fill in your personal details. Submit valid KYC documents (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.). Submit your Student ID or Employee ID (if applicable). Complete the payment formalities before occupancy. • 🚪 PG Leaving Policy Before vacating the PG, please ensure the following: A minimum 30-day prior notice is mandatory before vacating. The full month's rent will be applicable even if you vacate in the middle of the month. At the time of leaving, please submit clear photographs of the cupboard, room, bed, and keys to the management. Remove all your personal belongings and dispose of any unwanted items before vacating. The Security Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours, subject to room inspec
• 💰 Rent Payment Policy Rent must be paid within 5 days of the due date. A late fee of ₹500 will be charged if payment is not received within 5 days. If rent remains unpaid for 10 days after the due date, a late fee of ₹1,000 will be applicable. If rent is still unpaid after 11 days, the management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation and allocate the room to another tenant. In such cases, the tenant may also forfeit the Security Deposit, subject to the terms of the Rent Agreement.
